I can't believe this is the end of the series. I'm going to miss all of these guys so much, although I'm very excited to see that we are going to get some of them in the upcoming series. 

I wasn't really sure how this book was going to go, with Abby being so fresh off the whole Ezra drama. And Nick being who he was in that whole situation. And there is always something about the whole dead ex that rubs me the wrong way.  Especially when there are children involved. Hazel was so cute and age appropriate, I couldn’t get enough of her.  

Abby was such a sweetheart, and she had already been through the wringer I really didn't know if Nick was going to be the best match for her. But of course, I should have had more faith in the author because Nick ended up being an amazing boyfriend. 

I did have moments where I wanted to shake him and scream at Abby to run. But then I kind of understood where he was coming from and Abby was so understanding and patient.  And Nick came through with some great grovelling and made me fall for him even more.

This book was so sweet and had so much great chemistry I really struggled to put it down to adult. Especially knowing that this was the end of the series. Hopefully the next series is here sooner than later because I am already feeling the withdrawals kick in.

I don't know why I always forget how completely these books run me through all the feels. Lex Martin has been a one click author for me since the first book of hers I picked up. And this series has just been beyond anything I could want. Not only is it college sports romance but throw in a newborn baby and I'm so happy.

I really can't explain how absolutely, completely perfect this book was. I read it in one sitting and carried it everywhere I had to go. I couldn't pull my eyes off the page. Everything about Billy and Roxy and their relationship was awesome. From the way their relationship started to how it progressed and even more so to the issues they faced.

I spent so much time crying because this book took me right back to being a 19 year old mum. It's weird how having a newborn baby can make you feel so alone and disconnected. And like Billy my husband is and was amazingly supportive and hands on but it's like this unexplainable fog where it's just poop, breast milk, puke and sleep deprivation. 

Luckily Billy was so all in and wasn't afraid to ask for help and take advice on how to get things back on track. I had so many times in this book where I was laughing or smiling or crying, because everything I was reading was just so realistic and relatable I felt like I was right there living it. 

The ending was beautiful, and the epilogue was even better. I'm praying that the next book is coming sooner than later and my guess on the main couple is right because I'm desperate to read it already.

What is it about hot AF college athletes and cute little newborn babies that just makes me go a little crazy? Add in Lex Martin's writing and I am in complete heaven. Plus, this one time I managed to have the tiniest bit of chill and wait a day to dive into this. Which meant I got to read it on our kid free weekend and have absolutely zero distractions from page to page.

I always feel so guilty when I read a series as the author writes it, rather than as a binge. Because my mum brain has forgotten most of the previous details of the earlier books. So, I always feel like I read them as standalones but in this series that really doesn't matter. Each book is 100% about each book. And yeah, there's mentions of previous couples and characters who are woven through but it reads perfectly as a standalone.

I don't know where to start with this book review. Charlotte and Jake were both beautiful inside and out, and just the best people. Which made me instantly love them and want everything to work out perfectly for them. I feel like I spent a quarter of the book holding my breath waiting to see what was going to hit them. And every one of my guesses was just slightly off enough that it was so exciting to turn the pages to see how things would happen.

The book was just perfect, and the secondary characters are as awesome as Jake and Charlotte, which just makes me even more excited for the next one.
