I have been dying to read this book from the second I heard of it's existence. College, sports romance collaboration between three amazing authors is something to be excited about. Although after reading the blurb for this I was expecting it to be super angsty.

 

River was the perfect mix of cocky bad boy and sweet and sensitive perfect boyfriend. And watching him watch Anastasia as everything about their relationship from their very first meeting was revealed had me swooning. His whole life was such a mess, yet he was so concerned about everyone around him.

 

And Anastasia was so awesome. I loved that she knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it. Her life had been so unconventional and that made her unique and world wise. I really enjoyed everything about her.

 

The story between these two was a true love story. It felt really fated and the secondary characters were just as great and I'm so excited about getting their stories in the next two books. I really couldn't put it down.
