I have to admit it's been a while since I read the first rusk university novel so I went into this book not remembering any of the characters. Luckily this had no negative impact on my reading experience and I was caught up in these awesome characters straight away.
I was completely in love with Silas from the start. He jumped right on into the loveable asshole manwhore that i love in my potential book boyfriends. And despite his issues it was easy to see the truly amazing man he was and I wanted him to pull his head out of his ass and realise how much he had going for him.
Dylan had moments I just wanted to slap her. But overall she was beautiful and loving and just desperately needed to see how truly loveable she was if only she would figure out who she was and let the people around her in enough to be loved.
The secondary characters were sweet and I can't wait to read the rest of the series to see how they all play out and see a bit more of Silas and Dylan together.
